As an Account Executive (Data & AI) you’ll drive solutions sales efforts and exhibit the technical aptitude to drive complex sales cycles and deliver Data & AI solutions. This individual will be high-energy, tactical, and technically curious to uncover sales opportunities with new clients.

Responsibilities

New Business Development:

  • Individual contributor role, facilitating sales outreach and new business development

  • Build and manage 30-60-90 sale account plan designed to land/expand inside enterprise size clients ($1B+)

  • Tenacious at sales prospecting and uncovering new sales leads with clients across the Midwest/Great Lakes

  • Asks curious and probing technical questions to uncover business challenges and needs across Data & AI

  • Fearless and tenacious at uncovering new business opportunities, clients, and partnerships

  • Passionately engages company LinkedIn content, shares industry related content, and leverage social platform to generate brand awareness/new business

Account Management:

  • Initiates and proactively engages in outbound e-mail outreach with existing clients daily (20+ emails/day)

  • Generates creative ideas and takes action to create deep relationships and better overall Client Satisfaction

  • Uncovers unique and creative ways to add value and exceed expectations to drive Client Retention 

  • Outgoing and dynamic at uncovering new client contacts and new opportunities for Client Expansion

  • Goes above and beyond to build relationship capital with Clients to generate Client Referrals

  • Handles ambiguity and pressure to deescalate client situations, solve problems, and bring resolution to clients

  • Ardently assists in preparing SOW, MSA, RFP, contracts and required documents for clients

  • Actively participates in the Power BI community, extends invites to the PBI Meetup, and is outgoing in networking at events

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in IT Staffing Sales, Account Executive, Business Development, Account Managment, Technology Sales, Customer Success Manager, or similar client-facing sales roles

  • Seeking technically curious and outgoing candidates who can engage with clients, identify needs, and solve complex problems under tight deadlines

  • Seeking entrepreneurial minded candidates who can deal with ambiguity and the changing demands of a tech startup

  • Experience with solution selling and highly technical sales of Data & AI solutions is a plus

  • Local candidates are preferred who can facilitate in-person client meetings and attend Power BI Meetups

  • This is remote position and will work and collaborate from our virtual Office Space on Microsoft Teams

  • Compensation: this is role includes a base pay, along with quarterly bonuses, and competitive commission package
