As a Data Delivery Manager (part-time position) you’ll be engaging with all parts of our business at Fulton Analytics. You’ll leverage your data-driven mindset and your passion for people in a multi-faceted role. The Delivery Manager will assist in account management, client success, delivery management, and sales support to ensure we are delivering data success to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationship capital through intentional outbound messaging and engagement of industry contacts

  • Assist in end-to-end project delivery to drive client satisfaction, client retention, client expansion, and client referrals

  • Ensure client satisfaction by facilitating daily client touch-points, establishing rapport, and becoming a trusted partner

  • Promote client retention by securing project extensions, quantifying business value, and providing consulting expertise

  • Drive client expansion by being technically curious, positioning solutions, and uncovering new opportunities within clients

  • Solicit client referrals and documenting testimonials, writing case studies, and asking for introductions to new clients

  • Provide outgoing account management, sales support, project delivery, and strategic business consulting

  • Engage in daily social-selling by leveraging LinkedIn to share industry content and target/prospect new potential clients

  • Organize and promote events and Meetups by creating attendee lists and sending out weekly invitations

  • Leverage an AI assisted approach to create slide decks, technical diagrams, and requirements documents

  • Assist with business/technical discovery with clients to align business problems to technical solutions

  • Help facilitate the analytics enablement through end-user training, user guides, best-practices for PBI adoption

  • Help faciliate pre-sales Data Strategy Sessions, document notes, and recomend next steps

  • Assist with a variety of other client support activities such as scheduling client lunch, dropping off bagels at clients, ordering company swag, writing hand-written cards, creating social content, e-mail automation, organizing events, documenting client notes, conducting client surveys, etc.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience client success, account management, business development, technical sales, or customer service

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field/discipline preferred

  • Candidate must be collaborative, possesses a team-first mindset, and positively contribute to building #TeamFulton culture

  • Candidates must be local to Minnesota, have a valid drivers license, and be able to attend in-person events/client visits

  • This is a part-time hourly position with the ability to earn variable compensation such as bonus & commission

  • This is a hybrid position working from a Microsoft Teams virtual office space
